Pre-school Staff

 

Becky, Mige and Karla

Here is a little something about the staff in our preschool room:

 

Becky has worked at the day school for many years. She brings with her a wealth of early childhood education information and also has taken a 3-credit college course in early childhood development and a curriculum course focusing on early childhood education and the importance of utilizing a preschool curriculum. Becky has attended many workshops revolving around early childhood education and is First Aid and CPR certified. Becky had spent her earlier years working in our toddler room and has worked for many years in our preschool room. Becky has her CDA, Child Development Associate and is wonderful with the kids and provides a great preschool program for them.  ecky knows what each individual child needs and organizes her program to fit their needs. Her experience and knowledge of preschool age children make her preschool room a great learning experience for everyone involved.

 

Mige has been here for over a year now and we are happy to have her on our team. For the past four years she has worked as a paraprofessional at Currier Memorial School in the special education department. For the past month Mige has been subbing for us and has now decided to work full time along with Becky. She is warm, friendly, kind, and always smiling. The children have just gravitated toward her in such a short time. Becky and she will make a great team together providing a wonderful preschool experience for the children in their care. She is First Aid Certified.

 

Karla has joined our preschool team this summer and we are happy to have her here at NDS. Karla has worked previously with us in the old building as a substitute teacher and we loved her. She then moved out of the area and is now back and we are excited to have her. Karla is a warm, caring, friendly individual who really enjoys working with children. Karla is CPR Certified.
